My myspace profile has been deleted. I don't know why or how.. and apparently there is no one at myspace to ask.. hmmm.. I have managed to get my URL back so if you were my friend or if you wanna be my friend add me... www.myspace.com/liz022376 I'll have a profile up again soon.

I'm still encountering 'beginnings' and folks that only 'might' like to get more involved. One such turn almost began last week, when a vegetarian approached me to see if I'd be interested in talking about the BUEC.

I hope you're finding your 2008 path a lot more recognizable, a lot more meaningful and a lot more productive.

I've been practicing alternative medicine almost 20 years now, a concerned citizen of the environment and a student of medicine. I've been observing discussions on other vegetarian sties about vitamins and vegetariansim and many have the impression that they do not need vitamins because they are veggies. I disagree with this. Any comments?
