Hi Ken :)

I say your comment that your diabetes has forced you to make some lifestyle changes, including vegetarianism.

Type 2 diabetes is running rampant in my family lately, so I've been learning about keeping my own high risk at bay. Maybe we could trade secrets and/or advice.
