About Me:
I'm a teacher. I love to cook for the masses, read mystery novels, travel to veg friendly cities, and watch horror flicks! I have two basset hounds that love nothing more than to take me for a jog around the neighborhood!

Yes, I've been to Dragonfly. It's my favorite restaurant. Did you go on the garden tour? Ask them next time you are there, it's really cool. I shop at Whole Foods too. However, I try to avoid it on the weekends bc it is crowded then. We should hang sometime.

Its great you are teaching your students about the benefits of being a vegan. We have to compete with a meat and dairy industry that is more interested in making money then
providing good healthy information and products for our students.

I am a fellow teacher and I just started a group
Obtaining and maintaining optimum health and I posted a
discussion on How to teach our children and students the importance of eating healthy which has some web sites and videos that I have used in my class check them out add to the list and join if you like.
