I don't know if you saw my response on the discussion board. But I'd love to be kept up to date on the site you're creating for non-confrontational vegan education. If you need any input, ideas, whatever, I would be glad to help. Sounds like a fantabulous idea!

Chicago is another great place for vegans. Not so much outside of chicago, but we have a lot of vegan and vegan friendly resteraunts here. Plus it's a great city in general. I would love to know about the work your are doing too!

Well are you looking for the perfect "American" hometown, or the perfect place for vegans? If the latter, I've got two words: Portland, Oregon. I'm sure Lil Miss HuggaBunny and others are sick to death of me talking about Oregon all the time, but I can't help it, I love it here so much.

Hmmm -- looking for a home in the states.... have you tried Austin, Texas... I do not live in Austin, but it is an AMAZING place. Doesn't really fit in with the rest of Texas, to be honest with ya ;) heh heh
