I have grown from the stage of denial, ( ate all sorts of crap back then, 6yrs or so.) Into an out of a stage of confusion, (vegan, organic....all the way every product.) I am now finally accepting that it is ALL counter productive. The world will no longer sustain our culture as is...the culture of civilization. We are consuming ourselves to death. Make it possible to grow your own food, buy 100% local. AND STOP BUYING SO MUCH CRAP!!!! I am no longer buying ANYTHING I DON"T NEED. Plus then I get to work less and spend more quality time with my family.. And we don't need to work that much anyway because then we're just producing more crap... If this plnet dies...animals die...we die...simple...slow down human beings...I'm talking to me....
Hey Nova, haven't talked to you in forever, how are you doing? I have great news, my middle daughter Diana went vegan about 4 weeks ago, and she's doing great on it so far. She wanted to lose a few pounds and has already lost about 3 lbs. just by going vegan, not to mention, it's just plain healthier for her. Now if only I could get the other 2 kids and hubby to go vegan! They are die hard meat eaters. What to do. Hubby went hunting yesterday and killed a deer, yuck! I have to cook it too, and I just about gag when I have to cook meat, but what can I do, I"m the cook of the house. Anyway, hope your doing good, talk to you later.
hi nova ... hope all well with you...good to see parents homeschooling...i homeschooled two of my sons...i believe these days it probably is the best way..unless the child can handle learning in such harsh environments.i have not found a school that supplied vegan food..it has been an onward battle...i believe that vegan/vegetarian diets create a much more gentler, thoughtful, and artistic child....a child that cares about life and all living animals...blessings to you and your family....love ziggy marley....
Hey Nova, you mentioned before that you were thinking of homeschooling your kids. I am also interested in this. What do you have to do to be able to homeschool your kids? What I mean, what are the laws about it, and who do I contact to get started? I have been researching it on line, but I'm still not sure what all I would need to do. The two I want to homeschool are in the 5th and 7th grade. I guess each state probably has certain requirements, we live in Alabama.
oh right well they looked realy nicely done :D yeah ita written by me i write alot of poems and have written a few books, unpublished..i dont do it for recogniton or anything i just enjoy it. do yu write at all? i like what youve written in your about me section about human consumption, its ridiculous....and doubtful that we will ever overcome it...this world has turned into a profit making organization that cares more about money that life itself.
