Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?: I am a vegetarian that does not eat eggs.

About Me:: I was fortunately raised in an all vegetarian family. I believe that animals should be treated as friends not as food. They feel pain and its wrong to inflict pain on the souls who cannot speak.

We're really getting ready to do some great stuff here at VegHaven!

I made a video at the Farm Sanctuary this past Friday. We'll have all the animals VegHaven has adopted on it!

I'll be posting that one this week but I thought you'd like this one we made of us on our way there LOL
