When I became vegan I told my hubby that if he wanted meat, he had to buy and cook it himself. He's a terrible cook and he and my father-in-law are growing real tired of hamburger patties lol. So this morning I asked them if they'd like something different for dinner. Their faces lit up and I asked them if I made vegan enchiladas would they eat them....automatically they said "NO!" Today is my Father-in-Law's 75th Birthday. We have decided to take him to The Getty Museum.....if you have never been...it's a must! They even have vegan/veggie choices in their cafe...yay! Anyway..I'm out the door and will have lot's of pics to post when I get home!
