- I have a deep respect for all animals and living things. I love Ghandi's saying, "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
In my opinion, it's critical to monitor your thoughts, to think positive thoughts and to send positive vibes out from within. I think we can accomplish a lot more with positivity. Negative thoughts and actions may have unforeseen consequences and may hurt more than help.
I do not judge people for I do not know if I walked in their shoes if I would behave or be any different.
I believe most people are good at heart. I look for beauty in all people and things and usually find it.
I live in the now and try to enjoy every moment as much as possible. I have achieved a sense of calm and peace in my every day life and am grateful for this.
I love being goofy and making others laugh.
I love organizing. I love playing games but sometimes my competitive side gets the best of me.
I am blessed with a big family and great friends. I love learning new things and meeting new people.
I do not eat animals. I am an aspiring vegan - I do not drink milk and avoid all dairy products (butter, cheese, eggs, etc.) as much as I can. There are animal products in almost everything we eat - Jell-O, marshmallows, wine, etc. I spend a lot of time reading labels and looking for things that are vegan. My favorite things are fruits, veggies and nuts.
I want to explore my creative side more and improve my cooking, painting, writing and singing skills.

We're really getting ready to do some great stuff here at VegHaven!
I made a video at the Farm Sanctuary this past Friday. We'll have all the animals VegHaven has adopted on it!
