Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
I am a Vegetarian but hope to become Vegan.
About Me:
I am an over the road truck driver of a straight truck. I am in a different city almost every day. My meals when I don't fix them in the truck, come from various truckstops with "down home country cookin" or in other word bacon grease in everything. So I mostly eat the salad bar which always has Mushrooms my fav next to Broccoli. My absolute favs are chick peas, avacados, onions and tomatoes. I struggle everyday with a codriver who is also my husband who is a meat eater mainly burgers and fries (oh they are a weakness for me)
My reasons for this lifestyle let me start with I have infertility issues, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrone, Endometreosis(4 surgeries to remove) Diabetes II
